Today, a small but committed group of members from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Zwickau North gathered to commemorate Abdurrahim Özüdoğru. He would have been 72 years old today and was murdered by the right-wing terrorist NSU on 13 June 2001.

This and the commemoration of the other victims of the NSU remind us that we must be mindful as we go through life. Charity and an eye for others help to make our society more tolerant.
