On May 21, 2025, the Alter Gasometer in Zwickau hosted an insightful lecture as part of the “Wissen machtZ!” series: “Berlin and Moscow – Forever in Conflict?”

The event shed light on the profound changes in German-Russian relations since 2014, particularly in the context of geopolitical tensions and economic interdependence. The lecture analyzed political, economic, and societal developments between Germany and Russia, questioning outdated illusions and addressing new conflicts.

Attendees gained well-founded insights into the complex dynamics of bilateral relations and discussed potential perspectives for the future.
